Eva Hartlane
Eva Hartlane writes for teenage girls, and for the adults trying to reach them.
I help teenage girls, and the adults raising them, move from overwhelmed and shut down to able to name what is hard and sit with it, through ninety-day guided journals and honest resources for the people who love them.
Her books start from a simple belief. Teenage girls do not need another adult telling them to be grateful, or to turn every hard day into a lesson. They need honesty, encouragement, and room to work things out for themselves.
You Are Enough, Even on Hard Days is a ninety-day guided journal built around that idea. It makes space for the things that are hard to say out loud: comparison, social media pressure, friendship, stress, complicated days at home, and who she is quietly becoming underneath it all. Nothing to score, nothing to get right, nothing she has to show anyone. Just a place to pause, write honestly, and hear her own thoughts.
Eva also writes for the parent, aunt, or teacher trying to reach a girl who has gone quiet. That work began with a short letter on what to say when she will not talk to you. More books are coming, on the same terms.
